בעמוד הזה מוסבר איזה מידע AICenter מקבל דרך פייסבוק ואינסטגרם, למה, לכמה זמן, ואיך מבקשים למחוק אותו. העמוד משלים את מדיניות הפרטיות.
איזה מידע אנחנו מקבלים
כשמגיבים על פוסט שלנו או שולחים הודעה לעמוד הפייסבוק או לחשבון האינסטגרם של AICenter, אנחנו מקבלים מ-Meta: את שם המשתמש או השם הציבורי, את תוכן התגובה או ההודעה, את מועד השליחה ומזהה טכני שמאפשר לנו להשיב. איננו מקבלים סיסמאות, אנשי קשר או מידע פרטי אחר מהחשבון.
למה
- כדי להשיב לתגובות ולהודעות, כולל שליחת הקישור שביקשתם בתגובה (למשל אחרי שכתבתם "קישור").
- כדי לטפל בפניות שירות.
- כדי לזהות ספאם ולמנוע שליחה כפולה.
חלק מהתשובות מנוסחות על ידי סוכן AI (באמצעות ספק מודלים חיצוני) ומסומנות כאוטומטיות. איננו מוכרים את המידע, לא משתמשים בו לפרסום ממוקד ולא מעבירים אותו לאחרים, מלבד ספקי השירות שנדרשים להפעלת האתר. באינסטגרם, ההודעה הפרטית עם הקישור נשלחת כרגע דרך Zorcha, שירות אוטומציה שמחובר לחשבון שלנו דרך הממשק הרשמי של Meta (מדיניות הפרטיות של Zorcha).
לכמה זמן
עד 12 חודשים מהתגובה או ההודעה, ואז המידע נמחק אוטומטית ממערכות האתר. התגובות עצמן נשארות בפייסבוק ובאינסטגרם, ושם אתם יכולים למחוק אותן בכל רגע.
איך מבקשים מחיקה
- שלחו מייל אל privacy@aicenter.co.il עם הנושא "מחיקת מידע", ובו שם המשתמש שלכם באינסטגרם או השם בפייסבוק; או
- שלחו לנו הודעה פרטית באינסטגרם או בפייסבוק: "מחקו את המידע שלי".
נמחק את כל המידע שקשור אליכם תוך 30 יום ונאשר לכם בחזרה. אין לנו כניסה עם חשבון פייסבוק לגולשים, כך שאין הרשאות שצריך להסיר מהחשבון שלכם.
Data deletion instructions (English)
What we receive. When you comment on a post of AICenter or send a message to the AICenter Facebook Page or Instagram account, Meta provides us with your public username or name, the text of the comment or message, its time, and a technical ID that lets us reply. We do not receive passwords, contacts or any other private account data.
Why. To reply to comments and messages (including sending the link you asked for in a comment), to handle support requests, and to prevent spam and duplicate replies. Some replies are drafted by an AI agent and are marked as automatic. We do not sell this data, use it for targeted advertising or share it with others, except the service providers needed to run the site. On Instagram, the private message with the link is currently sent through Zorcha, an automation service connected to our account through Meta's official API (Zorcha privacy policy).
Retention. Up to 12 months, after which it is deleted automatically from our systems. Your comments remain on Facebook/Instagram, where you can delete them at any time.
How to request deletion. Email privacy@aicenter.co.il with the subject "Data deletion" and your Instagram username or Facebook name, or send us a private message on Instagram or Facebook saying "Delete my data". We delete all data related to you within 30 days and confirm by reply. AICenter does not offer Facebook Login to the public, so there are no app permissions to remove from your account.
